Once again, the Lyneal Trust is proud to have been invited to participate in a celebration of the Queen’s Diamond Jubilee.

After the excitement of our boats, Shropshire Lass and Shropshire Lad, representing the county in the Thames River Pageant, we have now been invited to display at the Shropshire Pageant at Cosford on Thursday 12th July.

The Lyneal Trust has been invited as one of the charitable organisations in the county which has received the Queen’s Award for Voluntary Service. Not only will we have a stand in Hangar 3, but also we are taking part, in a small way, in the procession past the Queen, which is at the heart of the Jubilee celebrations in Shropshire.

Watch out for the banner which was on the Shropshire Lass on the Thames during the River Pageant, and a River Pageant flag.
